It is back online now and appears to be fucntional; but since we dont understand the source of the problem it is hard to know if we just arent experincing the tranisit problem now. Leaving the Kcor system on the CoMP ups for now. Batteries were pulled out and visually inspected; no signs of bloated batteries or other obvious problems. Changes for nonimal configuration: Plug move from the A10 circut to the A18 circut. A10 appears to have be shared with the same electrical phase at the CoMP A16 UPS. Not sure if the problem is related to the plug, breaker or phase; but we did find the A10 phase was 118V not 120V. UPS claims to be happy with 70-150V so this doenst seem like the issue. The power/ups monitoring software on kcor was updated the new code seems a little smarter. This software doesn't control the UPS so I dont think think this could have been the source of the UPS faults but seems to run a little better. ___end___ ONSITE STAFF: berkey, waters
