Not taking any data as the sky is still too bright, nothing was put in or out of beam, the wind is calm and nothing is touching the spar. However, I am letting the KCor focus routine run and it looks like the image on the right shifted for some reason. The images were updating just fine as I could see it respond to the moves I gave the guider offset. Not sure what happened but stopping and starting the kcor focus GUI fixed the shift. ___end___ GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Wed Sep 25 19:32:02 GMT 2019 It is just bright enough so that I can't make out the edge to center the cameras. ___end___ Wed Sep 25 20:10:51 GMT 2019 Kcor Focus/alignment program exited Wed Sep 25 20:12:19 GMT 2019 KCOR Modulation started in the proper state Wed Sep 25 20:14:02 GMT 2019 SGS Alignment complete Wed Sep 25 20:14:01 GMT 2019 KCOR Start Synoptic Patrol Wed Sep 25 21:34:59 GMT 2019 KCOR End Patrol GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Wed Sep 25 21:36:11 GMT 2019 Looks like we might have some clouds coming in from the South, keeping an eye on them. ___end___ Wed Sep 25 21:38:09 GMT 2019 KCOR Start Synoptic Patrol Wed Sep 25 21:51:10 GMT 2019 KCOR End Patrol GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Wed Sep 25 21:52:03 GMT 2019 Clouds coming in from the North, Kcor idled for a bit ___end___ GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Wed Sep 25 22:48:21 GMT 2019 Gave a tour to two people, one works at the NOAA head quarters. ___end___ GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Wed Sep 25 23:01:05 GMT 2019 Some of the clouds are looking a little low, closed the dome just in case ___end___ GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Thu Sep 26 01:27:26 GMT 2019 Bright sky in the morning but eventually dimmed enough to take data, however clouds rolled in for the afternoon. ___end___ ONSITE STAFF: waters
