Wet roads to approximately 9500' elevation, then icy road condition from there on to the science center. The sky is completely crisscrossed with high altitude Cirrus clouds. Cloudy conditions at lower elevations in every direction. There is little to now wind. According to satellite images heavy storm conditions are going to begin in the afternoon with significant accumulations of ice and snow predicted. The images of the storm systems are large, they are located to the west and south and has the likely hood of stalling over the island for a while. All areas of the island are under forecast warnings for very heavy rain fall, 1-2" and hour in some areas, with widespread flooding likely.
