LowL was halted thios morning.  Found tape in unit 0, L00144, popped out.  Loaded L00145 into
unit 0 and L00146 into unit 1 and restarted.  Monitor screen was dark with a hint
of those "crash graphic" characters hugging the very to of the screen.
