MKIII COMMENT: Thu Apr 27 21:09:05 GMT 1995
Noticed a funny streaking on the south and west side of chan 0
corona and then noticed a change in the P+S and P-S monitors
for chan 1 around 90-210 degrees of the barrel indicator.
went upstairs to check and found a 1.5-inch curled white hair
or fiber on the front of the O1. Blew it off with the airbrush.

COMMENT: Thu Apr 27 21:14:47 GMT 1995
Wind starting to affect spar now, buffeting it around.
