COMMENT: Fri Jun 9 20:09:37 GMT 1995
HELCO guys are up here checking the voltage monitoring recorders. The most
noticeable thing about the phase that Low-l is on is the 10 amp jumps when
the heater cycles on and off.

MKIII COMMENT: Fri Jun 9 20:19:46 GMT 1995
Program seems to have crashed for some reason, will restart with a new tape.

COMMENT: Fri Jun 9 20:32:36 GMT 1995
HELCO wants me to shut down all power for a few minutes so they can check
the power load here.

COMMENT: Fri Jun 9 21:07:11 GMT 1995
Everything is back up and running again. The phase with the Low-l on it pulls
the voltage down from 119 (w/o load) to 117 (w/ load), we need to redistribute
our loads.
