WEATHER COMMENT: Sun Mar  3 17:08:04 GMT 1996
It is raining VERY hard.  Wind out of south 40mph, gusting to 60mph.
Minor flooding inside control room around south door, swabbed what 
I could out (for now).  No standing water inside dome, only spatters
on floor around dome shutter.  I don't think there will be any obs
today. Solid clouds.  Satellite imagery showing broad band of high 
clouds over island above this heavy thunderclouds.
