In heavy cirrus and orographic cloud overcast. A few snowflakes were
falling as I walked up here. Light southwest breeze.

>From all indications--visuals from Hilo, satellite loops, and NOAA
solar radiation plots, yesterday's sky was not observeable, at least
with MKIII.  CHIP may have been able to plow thru the cirrus and
DPMON may have been marginal.  Will still put up a blue dot on
calendar as no observer was at site.
