In a two-leaf shutter scenario, it appears to behave like the second leaf is not working. At a fast exposure time, the first leaf opens and the second leaf follows very close behind. Shutter opens and closes at an exposure rate near 100 ms and then exposure times change at longer times but not shorter where the second leaf comes into play. David is getting an RMA number and I will ship camera back to Kodak to repair the shutter. I'm not sure what happened to the tape that was popped out this morning. I labeled the tape being written to right now as MKIV 99-178 #2. Once they are done I will load 99-179 into drive for tonight. LOW-L COMMENT: Mon Jun 28 22:19:39 GMT 1999 Stopped L00607 and rewound it. Cleaned drive and loaded L00609 into drive #1. Data writing to L00608 in drive #0 at restart. Although the test finished quite a while before I went back up into the dome to secure things, I found one of the dark cloths had fallen away from the window. This may have corrupted the data if it occurred during the test.
