PSPT COMMENT: Sun Aug 29 17:58:30 GMT 1999
Tried changing the X and Y mirror gain values from -25 to -5 in the
pspt_sys.h file on the PSPT PC, details in the log book. This is a test
to see if it helps with the blurred image problems we've been having.

Extended the dome slot.
**PSPT PROBLEM**: Sun Aug 29 19:52:24 GMT 1999
The observing sequence finally completed OK after the last Restart. Some
images were still blurred, so I changed the software mirror gains from
-5 to -50.

**PSPT PROBLEM**: Sun Aug 29 21:32:22 GMT 1999
Most images were blurry in this last set, maybe due to gain of -50 or
mybe due to calibration sequence.

**PSPT PROBLEM**: Sun Aug 29 22:11:08 GMT 1999
I had to try lots of things to get the observing program running again.
I was trying different mirror gains and it kept crashing, even with the
old gain of -25. So I left the old gain in the software and will try
starting from scratch with the Run command.

Sun Aug 29 22:42:02 GMT 1999	CHIP ending tape
**PSPT PROBLEM**: Sun Aug 29 22:52:35 GMT 1999
The Run command got things working again, I'll have to repeat some of my
testing on the mirror gains at another time. I had to wait for the
observing sequence to end before I could shut down gracefully since
the Obs command isn't currently working right.
