I found another possible CME similar to that found on doy 76 on doy 82. Alice and I are inclined to think both of these are effects of the instrument rather than true CME's. Neither exhibits the behavior of the usual CME's, since they perfectly retain their shapes and move radially outward about halfway through the corona before disappearing. Nor do the two legs of the CME ever separate, which is common to CME's. The event on doy 82 spans position angles 45 - 140 and times 18:25 - 19:05 UT. That on doy 76 occurs between position angles 35 - 135 and at 18:30 - 19:26 UT. The effect was not seen in data from doys 77 - 80 or on 83. Cathy (4/6/95)
