MKIII COMMENT: Mon Oct 27 17:25:08 GMT 1997 Nahenahe monitor broken. No display, only grey screen with a white diagonal line crossing the screen several times. None of the buttons on front panel responded. Removed monitor and replaced it with kii monitor. MKIII COMMENT: Mon Oct 27 17:28:25 GMT 1997 Standing by with MKIII, cirrus too thick to be taking worthwhile data at this time. Tried last test in manual under NO PICTURE section. Unplugged video cable and held contrast+ button down for a few seconds. Screen did not come up with color bars as it should if it were working. Instead, same grey screen with the diagonal lines appeared. Power led blinked green and amber alternately at around 1-sec cadence. LED diagnostic is not in manual, but test indicates potential monitor failure.
