Noticed this after I switched control panels to exercise the dark shutter. It returned to normal operations after the next Write cycle so it must just have been "frozen" in the last state before the screen swap. MKIII COMMENT: Fri Feb 20 18:40:07 GMT 1998 This dark scan looked very good in terms of its P+S, KCC display, and xanim display. MKIII COMMENT: Fri Feb 20 19:59:06 GMT 1998 Unloading tape manually, will first attempt just loading a new tape. Also noticed that times are all screwed up. KCC-VCP went to Write after pressing Load. This indicates that it is probably an interface, drive, or software problem rather than a bad tape. The tapes we have been discarding only had a few use cycles as opposed to some tapes that are filled with use-dots. Will reset KCC.
