COMMENT: Thu Apr 30 16:57:29 GMT 1998 Will wait for the clouds to clear before starting observations. LOW-L COMMENT: Thu Apr 30 20:26:16 GMT 1998 At Kim's request I checked if the heater was working properly. Kim says the data shows that the heater hasn't turned on since February. The heater control readout showed a temperature of 31 and a setpoint of 25, so thats why the heater isn't currently cycling on and off. I set the setpoint to 32 and the heater did turn on and the ammeter agreed, so it appears that the heater system is working properly but for some reason it isn't getting cold enough near the heater temperature sensor for the heater to be used, I'm not sure if that is really a problem though. I reset the setpoint to 25. Eric will check for heater cycling tomorrow morning.
