MKIV COMMENT: Wed Nov 4 19:49:05 GMT 1998 Testing the KCC for David, he added new code. Won't get any data since the spar isn't tracking. Wed Nov 4 20:14:15 GMT 1998 MKIII End Patrol WEATHER COMMENT: Wed Nov 4 20:42:42 GMT 1998 The cloud cover is very thick and extensive, I won't be able to get any observations today. COMMENT: Wed Nov 4 20:44:08 GMT 1998 I rebalanced the spar. The Dec direction is a little bottom heavy now, but the RA is much better. I was able to remove about 20 pounds of weights. Hopefully this will help with the Spar tracking, it hasn't been very smooth since the MKIV installation. Need a good day to find out if it's better now.
