Will try to do another ephmcal and restart, maybe it will work better than yesterday because the sky is clear now. It was taking images earlier, maybe the passing clouds caused the problem at the startup of an hourly sequence. **LOW-L PROBLEM**: Thu Mar 30 20:32:22 GMT 2000 Both tapes are popped out of the drives, like yesterday. Will clean the drives and cycle the PC power to see if this helps to prevent this problem from happening again. LOW-L COMMENT: Thu Mar 30 20:50:49 GMT 2000 Put L00686 in drive #1 with data going to it now, put L00687 in drive #0. Cleaned drives and cycled PC power and verified date and time first. WEATHER COMMENT: Thu Mar 30 21:05:23 GMT 2000 Thick orographic clouds have moved over, it may rain, closing down. They can sell excess power to HELCO during the day and use power credits from HELCO at night. Sounds great, this is probably the best spot in the world for PV efficiency due to high solar irradiance and low temperatures, and the government has a program where they don't need to put up any capital as long as they pay back the loan from the savings they realize.
