The occulting is optomized for mid-morning to early afternoon, and there is still good occulting in the early morning. **PSPT PROBLEM**: Wed Oct 25 20:32:45 GMT 2000 I recalibrated the dome to allow the telescope to see the sun throughout our entire observing day. Telescope points near left side of slot in morning and near right side in afternoon. I'll have to look at the PC code someday to see if I can scale things better so the telescope is nearer to the center of the slot opening all observing day. **MLSO PROBLEM**: Wed Oct 25 21:07:14 GMT 2000 Worked on sticky West door, will continue tomorrow after bringing up some tools from home. This is one of the new addition doors and it wasn't hung correctly when installed so the door rubs against the jamb and has needed several adjustments already, especially bad when the weather gets wet and things swell. The door stops were also installed incorrectly so they stop the door before it latches easily. The latch hole was also positioned incorrectly. The jamb wasn't shimmed and attached well to the framing so it is deforming also as time goes by. I've already corrected two other badly hung doors up here, but this one is especially bad.
