COMMENT: Tue Feb 18 17:33:55 GMT 2003 Apparently there was a power outage yesterday, I'm resetting what needs it, no apparent damage found. Even tried rebooting the Sparcstation. **GONG PROBLEM**: Tue Feb 18 20:09:43 GMT 2003 Going down to shelter to try to fix whatever is preventing imaging, programs are running but haven't had any images yet today. **GONG PROBLEM**: Tue Feb 18 21:22:42 GMT 2003 Back from shelter, I can't find anything obviously wrong yet the DAS LEDs never start blinking appropriately after rebooting the Data and Instrument computers. I'll send an email to gongops. MKIV COMMENT: Tue Feb 18 21:24:38 GMT 2003 Centered occulting. MKIV COMMENT: Tue Feb 18 22:28:02 GMT 2003 Centered occulting. **GONG PROBLEM**: Tue Feb 18 23:23:40 GMT 2003 OK, I found that the 3/4 Amp fuse for the relay box just before the power supply box for the camera was blown. Replaced it and rebooted Data, Instrument and Sparc computers and it all came up fine. The relay box is the small gray box that sits on top of the camera power supply box under the optical table. The camera supply box also has 2 fuses accessible near the power switch, and it has a little green LED that is on the front and lit when all is well there. The camera external circuit board also has a few barely visible green LEDs on it and they can be seen if you remove the left side top cover and the left Side cover both. The DAS boards have all those green LEDs that blink fast when all is well after the Data computer is rebooted, this time the red Fault LEDs were on continuously and those green LEDs didn't blink (until the fix), usually the Fault LEDs come on only briefly after a Data computer reboot. Regarding the external camera circuit board mentioned earlier, it is on the camera and in the optical bench, the covers I mentioned are the covers of the optical bench. We are down to one 3/4 Amp spare fuse, I told Ron and he'll send more. MKIV COMMENT: Tue Feb 18 23:34:44 GMT 2003 Centered occulting. **PSPT PROBLEM**: Wed Feb 19 00:04:36 GMT 2003 The problem was a corrupted pspt.ini file, probably caused by the unusual shutdown problems yesterday - Allen had to "reset and restarted PC and PSPT" due to a crash during shutdown. A backup pspt.ini file called ini030127 was renamed to pspt.ini and used to get the pointing back on track now. PSPT is now observing. **PSPT PROBLEM**: Wed Feb 19 00:20:13 GMT 2003 Stalled at 0001 UT "writing blue image", killed runPspt.pro and restarted.
