I used our cellphone and called 1-877-482-3900 just now and spoke to Kawai, she is currently testing our lines. I gave her our cellphone number 987-1697 to call me back after the testing. They may need to send someone out here on Wednesday to fix things, that person will call our cellphone number if necessary, so we need to keep the cellphone handy up here until things are fixed. The cellphone won't sit as designed in the charging cradle due to the stick-on clip, but that's OK, with a little patience you can get it to sit well enough in the cradle that the charging light will come on and indicate that it is charging. ___end___ Sun Jun 11 21:17:55 GMT 2006 PICS Start Patrol Sun Jun 11 22:00:27 GMT 2006 PICS End Patrol Sun Jun 11 22:03:26 GMT 2006 PICS Start Patrol Sun Jun 11 22:05:17 GMT 2006 PICS End Patrol Sun Jun 11 23:17:55 GMT 2006 PICS Start Patrol Sun Jun 11 23:29:45 GMT 2006 PICS End Patrol **PICS PROBLEM**: Sun Jun 11 23:30:04 GMT 2006 I've been bouncing the spar around working on the occulting wheel problem. Watching the GUI I can see the stations cycle through Clear, PICS, Wedge, Wedge, Wedge, Dark. The correct sequence should be Clear, PICS, Occult, Reticule, Wedge, Dark. The LED for Bit #2 on the PICS Occulting Wheel Status board never lights, so Occult and Reticule stations are never read now. I tried changing the board with a spare, restarting MCC, restarting Patrol, and I even went through the laborious task of changing the HEI optical switch for the Bit #2 reading, the one on the disk that is farthest from the Occulting Wheel. Before I changed the switch I noticed that the Bit #2 LED didn't light though the old switch was still connected and nothing was blocking the sensors - it was hanging free from the actuating disk. When So I connected the new switch and got the same result - no LED lit for Bit #2. I installed the new switch anyway and it didn't help, right now it is hanging free and I'm taking a break from this problem. ___end___ Mon Jun 12 00:38:29 GMT 2006 PICS Start Patrol Mon Jun 12 00:46:07 GMT 2006 PICS End Patrol Mon Jun 12 00:50:58 GMT 2006 PICS Start Patrol Mon Jun 12 00:53:35 GMT 2006 PICS End Patrol Mon Jun 12 01:00:59 GMT 2006 PICS Start Patrol Mon Jun 12 01:02:26 GMT 2006 PICS End Patrol Mon Jun 12 01:06:03 GMT 2006 PICS Start Patrol Mon Jun 12 01:18:15 GMT 2006 PICS End Patrol **PICS PROBLEM**: Mon Jun 12 01:07:44 GMT 2006 I re-installed the new HEI switch for Bit #2. I checked voltages there and at the other HEI for Bits #0 and #1, I see a voltage of about 0.6 for the Bit #2 switch and about 1.3 vdc for the other switch, I expected to see something low for the Bit #2 switch but I don't understand the low voltage on the other switch - I expected to see about 5 vdc according to the drawings I found. Anyway I suspect a bad power supply in the "Y-box" as labeled in the drawings. I'm kind of worn out for today so I'll leave that voltage check for the guys tomorrow. ___end___ COMMENT: Mon Jun 12 01:34:39 GMT 2006 I ran the new SBM today without any problems. ___end___ Mon Jun 12 02:07:01 GMT 2006 MKIV End Patrol Mon Jun 12 02:11:50 GMT 2006 CHIP End Patrol **MLSO PROBLEM**: Mon Jun 12 02:21:45 GMT 2006 SBM problem: data aren't being moved to /archive directory, they are staying in /data directory. ___end___ NICE CHIP IMAGE: 1708 NICE MK4 IMAGE: 1912 NICE PICSDISC IMAGE: 1719 Mon Jun 12 02:26:54 GMT 2006 MkIV 00_00.rawmk4 01_52.rawmk4 18_34.rawmk4 20_25.rawmk4 22_17.rawmk4 00_03.rawmk4 01_54.rawmk4 18_37.rawmk4 20_28.rawmk4 22_20.rawmk4 00_06.rawmk4 01_57.rawmk4 18_40.rawmk4 20_31.rawmk4 22_23.rawmk4 00_09.rawmk4 02_00.rawmk4 18_43.rawmk4 20_34.rawmk4 22_26.rawmk4 00_12.rawmk4 02_03.rawmk4 18_46.rawmk4 20_37.rawmk4 22_29.rawmk4 00_15.rawmk4 16_42.rawmk4 18_49.rawmk4 20_40.rawmk4 22_32.rawmk4 00_17.rawmk4 16_45.rawmk4 18_51.rawmk4 20_43.rawmk4 22_35.rawmk4 00_20.rawmk4 16_48.rawmk4 18_54.rawmk4 20_46.rawmk4 22_38.rawmk4 00_23.rawmk4 16_51.rawmk4 18_57.rawmk4 20_49.rawmk4 22_41.rawmk4 00_26.rawmk4 16_54.rawmk4 19_00.rawmk4 20_52.rawmk4 22_44.rawmk4 00_29.rawmk4 16_57.rawmk4 19_03.rawmk4 20_55.rawmk4 22_46.rawmk4 00_32.rawmk4 17_00.rawmk4 19_06.rawmk4 20_58.rawmk4 22_49.rawmk4 00_35.rawmk4 17_02.rawmk4 19_09.rawmk4 21_01.rawmk4 22_52.rawmk4 00_38.rawmk4 17_05.rawmk4 19_12.rawmk4 21_04.rawmk4 22_55.rawmk4 00_41.rawmk4 17_08.rawmk4 19_15.rawmk4 21_07.rawmk4 22_58.rawmk4 00_44.rawmk4 17_11.rawmk4 19_18.rawmk4 21_10.rawmk4 23_01.rawmk4 00_47.rawmk4 17_14.rawmk4 19_21.rawmk4 21_12.rawmk4 23_04.rawmk4 00_50.rawmk4 17_17.rawmk4 19_24.rawmk4 21_15.rawmk4 23_07.rawmk4 00_53.rawmk4 17_20.rawmk4 19_27.rawmk4 21_18.rawmk4 23_10.rawmk4 00_56.rawmk4 17_23.rawmk4 19_30.rawmk4 21_21.rawmk4 23_13.rawmk4 00_59.rawmk4 17_26.rawmk4 19_33.rawmk4 21_24.rawmk4 23_16.rawmk4 01_02.rawmk4 17_29.rawmk4 19_36.rawmk4 21_27.rawmk4 23_19.rawmk4 01_05.rawmk4 17_32.rawmk4 19_38.rawmk4 21_30.rawmk4 23_22.rawmk4 01_08.rawmk4 17_35.rawmk4 19_41.rawmk4 21_33.rawmk4 23_25.rawmk4 01_10.rawmk4 17_38.rawmk4 19_44.rawmk4 21_36.rawmk4 23_28.rawmk4 01_13.rawmk4 17_41.rawmk4 19_47.rawmk4 21_39.rawmk4 23_30.rawmk4 01_16.rawmk4 17_44.rawmk4 19_50.rawmk4 21_42.rawmk4 23_33.rawmk4 01_19.rawmk4 17_50.rawmk4 19_53.rawmk4 21_45.rawmk4 23_36.rawmk4 01_22.rawmk4 17_56.rawmk4 19_56.rawmk4 21_48.rawmk4 23_39.rawmk4 01_25.rawmk4 18_02.rawmk4 19_59.rawmk4 21_51.rawmk4 23_42.rawmk4 01_28.rawmk4 18_10.rawmk4 20_02.rawmk4 21_54.rawmk4 23_45.rawmk4 01_31.rawmk4 18_13.rawmk4 20_05.rawmk4 21_57.rawmk4 23_48.rawmk4 01_34.rawmk4 18_16.rawmk4 20_08.rawmk4 21_59.rawmk4 23_51.rawmk4 01_37.rawmk4 18_19.rawmk4 20_11.rawmk4 22_02.rawmk4 23_54.rawmk4 01_40.rawmk4 18_22.rawmk4 20_14.rawmk4 22_05.rawmk4 23_57.rawmk4 01_43.rawmk4 18_25.rawmk4 20_17.rawmk4 22_08.rawmk4 c17_47.rawmk4 01_46.rawmk4 18_28.rawmk4 20_20.rawmk4 22_11.rawmk4 c17_53.rawmk4 01_49.rawmk4 18_31.rawmk4 20_23.rawmk4 22_14.rawmk4 c17_59.rawmk4
