The AC units were accidentally left off by the visiting PM crew, I notified them last night and turned AC units back on this morning, the inside temperature was 80F though they remotely shut off the Data and Instrument and H-alpha and GONG2 computers last night. ___end___ Sun Aug 1 17:48:12 GMT 2010 MKIV End Patrol Sun Aug 1 17:50:28 GMT 2010 CHIP Start Patrol **CHIP PROBLEM COMMENT BY DARRYL**: Sun Aug 1 17:55:15 GMT 2010 Obs running OK after reboot. ___end___ Sun Aug 1 18:02:45 GMT 2010 CHIP LSD Sun Aug 1 18:04:31 GMT 2010 CHIP End LSD Sun Aug 1 18:04:54 GMT 2010 CHIP BiasLSD Sun Aug 1 18:05:47 GMT 2010 CHIP End BiasLSD Sun Aug 1 18:05:55 GMT 2010 CHIP Bias Sun Aug 1 18:06:37 GMT 2010 CHIP End Bias Sun Aug 1 18:06:44 GMT 2010 CHIP ReStart Patrol Sun Aug 1 18:07:52 GMT 2010 MKIV End Cal Sun Aug 1 18:11:03 GMT 2010 MKIV Start Patrol **H-ALPHA PROBLEM COMMENT BY DARRYL**: Sun Aug 1 19:15:48 GMT 2010 The observing program doesn't work correctly as noted in yesterday's log. I also tried rebooting the PC but that didn't help, it takes one limb image and stops using the run command, so I used the "run continuously" command and it repeatedly takes limb images w/o any disk images. I'm going to leave it like that for now while I work on other things. ___end___ PSPT COMMENT BY DARRYL: Sun Aug 1 20:06:15 GMT 2010 Pausing obs to check out filter for inventory. ___end___ NOTE BY DARRYL: Sun Aug 1 20:32:01 GMT 2010 Extended the dome slot. ___end___ PSPT COMMENT BY DARRYL: Sun Aug 1 20:32:15 GMT 2010 Found newly listed filter for inventory, it is now labeled for future reference and I added notes to the PSPT log book and command sheet and inventory key. Will reinstall and start obs again soon. ___end___ **GENERAL PROBLEM COMMENT BY DARRYL**: Sun Aug 1 21:17:40 GMT 2010 Guider telescope cover handle broke again, tried epoxy to fix it. ___end___ ****EVENT COMMENT BY DARRYL****: Sun Aug 1 22:02:04 GMT 2010 CME in progress at PA=30 since about 2115 UT ___end___ Sun Aug 1 23:00:41 GMT 2010 CHIP LSD Sun Aug 1 23:02:24 GMT 2010 CHIP End LSD Sun Aug 1 23:02:36 GMT 2010 CHIP BiasLSD Sun Aug 1 23:03:14 GMT 2010 CHIP End BiasLSD Sun Aug 1 23:03:28 GMT 2010 CHIP Bias Sun Aug 1 23:04:11 GMT 2010 CHIP End Bias Sun Aug 1 23:04:20 GMT 2010 CHIP ReStart Patrol Sun Aug 1 23:43:36 GMT 2010 CHIP End Patrol Sun Aug 1 23:44:46 GMT 2010 MKIV End Patrol CoMP COMMENT BY DARRYL: Mon Aug 2 01:20:12 GMT 2010 Put rest of LN2 in res, then filled dewar to just below inside neck, could hear obvious pitch change when filled that far. Empty dewar weighs 6.25 lb, full dewar weighs 15.75 lb. Topped off reservoir. I think we should fill dewar near end of day for now, to be sure the instrument can be filled and started in the morning without needing to fetch LN2. Then we'll fill the res in the morning and end of the day as we have been. Once trip per day with the dewar, and 2 fillups of the instrument reservoir each day. ___end___ Mon Aug 2 01:26:03 GMT 2010 MkIV 17_18.rawmk4 18_46.rawmk4 20_10.rawmk4 21_28.rawmk4 22_45.rawmk4 17_21.rawmk4 18_49.rawmk4 20_14.rawmk4 21_31.rawmk4 22_48.rawmk4 17_24.rawmk4 18_52.rawmk4 20_17.rawmk4 21_34.rawmk4 22_51.rawmk4 17_27.rawmk4 18_55.rawmk4 20_20.rawmk4 21_37.rawmk4 22_54.rawmk4 17_30.rawmk4 19_01.rawmk4 20_22.rawmk4 21_40.rawmk4 22_57.rawmk4 17_33.rawmk4 19_04.rawmk4 20_25.rawmk4 21_43.rawmk4 23_00.rawmk4 17_36.rawmk4 19_07.rawmk4 20_28.rawmk4 21_46.rawmk4 23_03.rawmk4 17_39.rawmk4 19_10.rawmk4 20_31.rawmk4 21_49.rawmk4 23_06.rawmk4 17_42.rawmk4 19_13.rawmk4 20_34.rawmk4 21_51.rawmk4 23_09.rawmk4 17_45.rawmk4 19_16.rawmk4 20_37.rawmk4 21_54.rawmk4 23_12.rawmk4 17_52.rawmk4 19_19.rawmk4 20_43.rawmk4 21_57.rawmk4 23_15.rawmk4 17_58.rawmk4 19_22.rawmk4 20_47.rawmk4 22_00.rawmk4 23_18.rawmk4 18_04.rawmk4 19_25.rawmk4 20_50.rawmk4 22_03.rawmk4 23_20.rawmk4 18_11.rawmk4 19_28.rawmk4 20_53.rawmk4 22_09.rawmk4 23_23.rawmk4 18_14.rawmk4 19_31.rawmk4 20_56.rawmk4 22_13.rawmk4 23_26.rawmk4 18_16.rawmk4 19_34.rawmk4 20_59.rawmk4 22_16.rawmk4 23_29.rawmk4 18_19.rawmk4 19_37.rawmk4 21_01.rawmk4 22_19.rawmk4 23_32.rawmk4 18_22.rawmk4 19_40.rawmk4 21_04.rawmk4 22_22.rawmk4 23_35.rawmk4 18_25.rawmk4 19_42.rawmk4 21_07.rawmk4 22_25.rawmk4 23_38.rawmk4 18_28.rawmk4 19_45.rawmk4 21_10.rawmk4 22_28.rawmk4 23_41.rawmk4 18_31.rawmk4 19_48.rawmk4 21_13.rawmk4 22_30.rawmk4 c17_48.rawmk4 18_34.rawmk4 19_54.rawmk4 21_16.rawmk4 22_33.rawmk4 c17_55.rawmk4 18_37.rawmk4 19_58.rawmk4 21_19.rawmk4 22_36.rawmk4 c18_01.rawmk4 18_40.rawmk4 20_01.rawmk4 21_22.rawmk4 22_39.rawmk4 18_43.rawmk4 20_04.rawmk4 21_25.rawmk4 22_42.rawmk4
