Rebooted kenobi to get paa back online

Worked on ntp server infomation for pspt and kenobi.
On kenobi we had the old UH time servers so the ntp requests got blocked at their gateway router.  On pspt the reslov.conf had the wrong netmask and gateway so the machine couldnt get out to the world for time.

Follow up note, both kenobi and pspt are now set to run npt off of [0-4].north-america.pool.ntp.org, I believe this is now the configuration for all of the unix hosts
