Pspt crashed and the telescope tube ran into the saftey wires on the platfrom.  RA was de-clutched and then re-running startup fixed the problem.

Sky transmission value is -168.  I dont remember ever seeing it below zero typically it bottoms out at 0018

I couldn't find the schematic for the guider; but I probed around the guider
rack.  I think the big lambda power supply is ok but the little one might be bad.  
 I also expected to see a higher voltage coming off the (physically) big transformer on the controller rack.
