Power failure is effecting a large part of keaau-puna.

While the systems were down I gave a couple tours.  A random tourist
wondering up to the observatory.  And a preplaned group of the UH-Hilo
Astronomy Club came to the observatory.  With the systeme down I got an
extended chance to show them everything other then the data.
