On the front surface -There is a 2" long scratch about 1" SW of the center of the diffuser -A series of marks in roughly a circular pattern with a ~1.5" diameter about 1/2" from the NE edge. To me this looks like someone was trying to wipe something off the diffuser in this region. It may be possible that these marks could come off with a wash. -A 1/2" long goober about 1" from the East edge, this is something stuck on the diffuser surface On the back surface this is a 3/4" scratch about 2" east and 1" south of the center of the diffuser. There are also a lot of smaller scratches every where on both surfaces that look like they could have been left over from polishing or other handling. ___end___ GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY berkey: Tue Nov 5 02:24:32 GMT 2013 Bad weather all day :( now there is some light fog ___end___
