Every time a conversion from signed to unsiged happends we looks everything. It seems like the conversion truncates data that is less then 0 which seems to kill everything we have since nearly all the values are less then zero. Taking a 22 degree calibration now to check and see if the values in the fits files seem to make sense. ___end___ Wed Nov 13 18:52:05 GMT 2013 KCOR End Calibration Script KCOR COMMENT BY berkey: Wed Nov 13 18:50:05 GMT 2013 The morning cal was started in the cam0 state of Dark, mid, mid, bright. (not correct) I couldn't tell until I saw the fits images. ___end___ Wed Nov 13 19:21:29 GMT 2013 KCOR Start Calibration script: C:\kcor\mlso-calibration22deg.ini KCOR COMMENT BY berkey: Wed Nov 13 19:21:34 GMT 2013 Restarting 22.5 degree cal with proper state order ___end___ Wed Nov 13 19:37:27 GMT 2013 KCOR End Calibration Script Wed Nov 13 19:37:48 GMT 2013 KCOR Start Synoptic Patrol GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY berkey: Wed Nov 13 19:33:27 GMT 2013 Wind direction seems to be turning more west so we should be able to get a few more hours of obsering in today if those clouds stay one the ridge. For compairson Mauna Kea is currently shrouded in fog and the roads are icing. Forcast calls for 70mph+ winds and heavy snow starting around noon today... but right now it is sunny at MLSO ___end___ Wed Nov 13 20:35:10 GMT 2013 KCOR End Patrol Wed Nov 13 20:35:21 GMT 2013 COMP End Patrol Wed Nov 13 20:36:49 GMT 2013: PSPT Abort Patrol Wed Nov 13 20:36:53 GMT 2013: PSPT Abort Patrol GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY berkey: Wed Nov 13 20:37:09 GMT 2013 Idling instruments and closing domes for clouds ___end___ GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY berkey: Wed Nov 13 21:29:45 GMT 2013 After about 10:15 local time there was a lot of passing clouds so many of the data will have a large cloud background. ___end___ KCOR COMMENT BY berkey: Wed Nov 13 22:00:22 GMT 2013 Pulled the alignment laser V mount out of k-cor for shipping back to HAO.
