We need to wait a few more seconds before chaning the engineering flag off and the scinece flag back on. ___end___ Mon Nov 25 20:54:06 GMT 2013 COMP End Patrol Mon Nov 25 20:54:07 GMT 2013 COMP Start Patrol Mon Nov 25 21:37:50 GMT 2013 KCOR End Patrol Mon Nov 25 21:38:04 GMT 2013 KCOR Start Calibration script: c:\kcor\mlso-calibration22deg.ini KCOR COMMENT BY mlso: Mon Nov 25 21:50:28 GMT 2013 This morning's cal flux was very high. About doulbe the afternoon flux, perhaps the diffuser wasn't in the beam. ___end___ Mon Nov 25 21:52:11 GMT 2013 KCOR End Calibration Script Mon Nov 25 21:53:15 GMT 2013 KCOR Start Synoptic Patrol Mon Nov 25 22:21:31 GMT 2013 KCOR End Patrol Mon Nov 25 22:22:25 GMT 2013 COMP End Patrol Mon Nov 25 22:32:35 GMT 2013 COMP Start Patrol GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY mlso: Mon Nov 25 22:19:05 GMT 2013 Guider has moved a bit w.r.t kcor and mk4. Rebooted system to get labview to do anything. I also noted the BB server didnt automatically seem to start. To address this I added a shortcut to the BB electroics USB hosts program in the startup folder, I think this should fix the problem going forward. ___end___ KCOR COMMENT BY mlso: Mon Nov 25 22:49:18 GMT 2013 Post reboot of the kcor machine I also added a new keyword to the fits header BSCALE, this is hard coded to 1.0. This was done in the create fits header vi so it does not show up in the FITS header indicator on the main gui page. ___end___ Tue Nov 26 00:17:22 GMT 2013 KCOR End Patrol KCOR COMMENT BY berkey: Tue Nov 26 00:42:31 GMT 2013 Cleaned up a few things in Kcor. Added a 16second delay between returing from a calibration to turnig the science flag back on. This delay only occours if the observing code was in scinece mode before starting the calibration (in which case we returing to science). If the cal started in engineering it drops back to engineering with no delay. Also added a error handler to the ILX VISA reader in teh MC4u controller. If the error code comes back as 1073676418 the modulator tempature is written to the fits header and displayed in the mc4u gui. If the error is anything else no changes were made to the fits header of gui display; and importantly no error is poped up for the observer. ___end___ Tue Nov 26 00:47:03 GMT 2013: PSPT Abort Patrol Tue Nov 26 00:48:06 GMT 2013 COMP End Patrol GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY berkey: Tue Nov 26 01:09:06 GMT 2013 Had a minor ADR issue all day where it seemed to not notice the dome edge everytime. Turns out the ADR sensor I moved this morning was a little loose and not well pointed at the sun. I believe it is better placed now. ___end___ CoMP COMMENT BY berkey: Tue Nov 26 01:10:13 GMT 2013 The script to copy data from e:\ to mlsoserver got moved last week but the scheduled tasked didnt get updated. It has been updated now and I have triggered it to start copying. ___end___
