**PSPT PROBLEM COMMENT BY stueben** : Sun Jan 18 02:12:41 GMT 2015
The replacement dome motor capacitor arrived. Rewired the motor, cable, and 
motor controller box. Remounted the motor on the dome. Motor moves OK in both
directions using the manual control. Reversed the motor direction windings so 
that the position change increases in the clockwise direction as the pc expects.
PC refuses to move dome, an error message indicates that the home switch is 
activated (which mechanically it is not). Ran out of time/energy to pursue the
home switch problem, perhaps the cable/connector/switch was damaged in taking 
off and putting on the motor twice.
