The general contractor and his crew arrived about 9:30 this morning. Today they
are pouring the concrete pads outside the front and back doors and starting to 
build the platform for assembly of the new dome. They may also remove the black
felting from the upper dome if they have time - in which case I will stop observing and cover the end of the spar.

The contractor's crew finished pouring the concrete pads and built the platform
for the dome. They did not work in the dome or control room so I got a full day
of observation with kcor.

I continued working on putting the control room back together including 
connecting the answering machine, powering the printer, connecting it to the 
network and testing it, powering the desktop computer and connecting to the 
network, powering the electronics bench/lights. At the end of the day I crudely
attached/positioned the automatic dome rotation sensors, but their positions
will probably need to be tweaked.
