When pressed a comment will be added to the log with the current time and date stamp saying SGS Alignment complete; by some code borrowed from the k-cor data logger. This button should be pressed after SGS realignment. Hopefully this will help the data guys get a better idea when we change things and make it a little easier to remember to add the entry to the log. Just tried it out and it seems to be working alright. Cool! ___end___ GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Fri Feb 12 22:00:57 GMT 2016 Wind is at about 20mph from the East. Contractors are heading down since they having a hard time keeping the ladders and tin in their hands. Will keep an eye on things. ___end___ Fri Feb 12 22:23:12 GMT 2016 SGS Alignment complete Fri Feb 12 23:08:41 GMT 2016 KCOR End Patrol Fri Feb 12 23:08:43 GMT 2016 Kcor sees an SGS Guiding Error closing lens cover Fri Feb 12 23:08:44 GMT 2016 KCOR End Patrol Fri Feb 12 23:11:06 GMT 2016 KCOR Start Synoptic Patrol GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Fri Feb 12 23:10:45 GMT 2016 Dome occulted kcor. I have no idea if this had anything to do with it but the contractors started to put up the flashing on the upper dome. When i tried to move the dome, it took longer to get it moving. I also noticed the dome humming but not really moving right before kcor got occulted. But it seems to be moving fine now. I'll keep an ear out. ___end___ Fri Feb 12 23:19:12 GMT 2016 SGS Alignment complete GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Fri Feb 12 23:17:03 GMT 2016 Got that wrong, the dome occulted the sensor and SGS. The spar lost tracking, not the dome occulted kcor. sorry... ___end___ Sat Feb 13 02:23:22 GMT 2016 KCOR End Patrol GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Sat Feb 13 02:28:56 GMT 2016 Had the dome do a spin around. There's a bit of crinkling around the doghouse when the dome is spun cw. ___end___
