We moved the AC power to the west side of the spar and DC/Data cables on the east side of the spar. Cables were dressed out to look nicer and have better service loops between the pier and spar. Spar was balanced again found to be about 3 pounds front heavy. Removed 5# from the front and moved the aft-weights to balance it out. We also tried to chase down some the noise in the guider, looks like some of it shows up when you autocommunate the Kcor o1, but we were unable to reduce the noise level by trying make shift sheilding or quick ground solutions. After all the balance work we found the spar was again osicllating while tracking the sun. RA bearing surfaces were found to be dirty (perhaps some of the RA worm grease fell down on the bearings). Brandon was able to clean it off easily with isopropyl alchoal. ___end___
