The goal of the system is to look out the slot and watch the clouds go by. It gave interesting results as clouds started blowing in, it was nice to see conditions in the sky near sun. Rgiht now the system is running and showing a streaming video on the iwii display. Right now the system is a little werid in that the autoexposure ajustment isn't smoothly adjusting, and the white balance (and other adjustments) look pretty bad when not exposed to the bright blew sky. Going forward I am hoping to find better webcam application to run the cameras. If this turns out to be something interesting that we want to keep on the spar, the mechanical sturcut will have to be rebuilt as the current system is just kind of cobbled together out of stuff on the site. ___end___
