In between sucker holes we are going to try and take some 1074 17 wavelenght data and flats switching back and forth between the new and old code.

Fixed a bug in the mc4u ePDU monitoring code.  Apparently the epdu is anti soical and wont respond to state request until someone gives it the password. Then it always responds until the next powercycle.  So now we knock on its door with a password when starting the mc4u gui.
