Ash called about the dome and suggested the likely problem is to much pressure of the fingers into the dome slot.   They recommened rotating the tower slightly away from the split rings to reduce this pressure.

Tower was moved slightly to reduce pressure and the chattering seems to have quieted down.  However it isn't perfect.  More tobuleshooting delayed until we can safely open the dome.

Sky is clearing up a bit and the t-storm and hail have stopped at MLO.  But I am going to leave Gong stowed based on tonights forecast and the dark clouds in all directions.
