Added another drop down menu to the logger. For routine PMs.

If the log text input window is blank selecting something from the PM list will automatically populate the text input with a default comment. These comments should make it easier to search the logs for when events occoured.  Currently the list is only populated with actions realted to cleaning the lenses but it is very easy to add more to the list.  

The next few entries in the log will be a demostration of the new feature and do not corespond to actual optics cleaning.
