Until then the MLSO landline is out. ___end___ GENERAL COMMENT BY Observer: Mon May 07 21:51:06 GMT 2018 Swapped out the shabar USB cable. ___end___ GENERAL COMMENT BY berkey: Mon May 07 21:56:15 GMT 2018 NOAA Davis weather station appears to be down. Marty has swapped the system battery multipe times so it looks like we either have something wrong with the motherbaord or the solar cells. Sounds like they longer want to support the davis station; at this point they claim to have better/more robust systems on the tall weather tower. We could switch over to using the "better" systems, but the data is served out of Boulder with no local access avaiable. So we need the network and a lot of computers to be up to get the weather. I think NOAA would be willling to turn over the Davis tower over to us if we want to troubleshoot and maintian it. ___end___ GENERAL COMMENT BY berkey: Mon May 07 22:18:15 GMT 2018 Until the phones/noaa network comes back on we also want have access to the NOAA webcams. ___end___ GENERAL COMMENT BY berkey: Mon May 07 22:41:17 GMT 2018 Tweaked the way some of the apps start up on iwii/shabar. Weather monitoring stuff should all just start up correctly automatically. ___end___ GENERAL COMMENT BY berkey: Mon May 07 22:41:18 GMT 2018 ___end___ ONSITE STAFF: berkey
