The User Mode driver didn't fix it and restarting KCor computer did not help. Restarted the Nema box as well as the K-Cor computer seems to have fix it. Error read as: Exceptions occured in SPiiPlusCOM660.Channel.1: Code 130, Timeout expired in K-Cor - ACS - Enable.vi->K-Cor - Mechanism - Get Mech Position - async.vi:2->K-Cor - Mechanism - Get Mech Position-async.vi.ACBRPrpxyCaller.58C0007A ___end___ Mon Nov 12 19:42:20 GMT 2018 KCOR End Patrol Mon Nov 12 19:42:34 GMT 2018 SGS Alignment complete Mon Nov 12 19:42:36 GMT 2018 KCOR Start Synoptic Patrol KCOR COMMENT BY waters: Mon Nov 12 19:41:42 GMT 2018 K-Cor Computer has seemed to freak out a bit. There are about 427 exceptions with SPiiPlus that just popped up right after I clicked Science Data again. All but the first were the same message. Now, if I try to do anything, at least two exception messages pop up. On occasion four of the same message pop up but mostly just two. When I hit the okay buttons, they just come back and I'm locked out from the Labview GUIs. ___end___ KCOR COMMENT BY waters: Mon Nov 12 19:51:45 GMT 2018 Luckily, the window for the K-Cor MC4U controller wasn't up and I was able to hit the User-Mode driver for SPiiPlus. Seems like I can access the K-Cor GUI and MC4U GUI again. The error messages I got: Once - Exception occured in SPiiPlusCOM660.Channel.1: Code 197, Communication server can't be found in K-Cor Mechanism_Digital_Input-async.vi:256->K-Cor Mechanism_Digital_Input-async.vi.ACBRProxyCaller.20A00A4 Multiple - Exception occured in SPiiPlusCOM660.Channel.1: Code 199, UMD is not loaded or its version is incompatible in K-Cor - ACS - Connect.vi->K-Cor - Mechanism - Get Mech Position-async.viACBRProxyCaller.5D50031B Once - Error 1045 occurred at Unknown System Erro in K-Cor - Mechanism - Generic Mechanism Controller.vi->K-Cor MC4U Controller-Call by reference.vi. Possible reason: Labview: Null Refnum passed to close reference ___end___ KCOR COMMENT BY waters: Mon Nov 12 20:19:47 GMT 2018 Exception SPiiPlus Code 199 cam up again. Went to verifiy that the K-Cor Len's cover was out and it popped up. Hit the User-Mode Driver again and then tested it and it seems to be working okay. Will keep an eye on things. ___end___ Mon Nov 12 21:38:25 GMT 2018 SGS Alignment complete Mon Nov 12 23:29:04 GMT 2018 KCOR End Patrol GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Mon Nov 12 23:27:12 GMT 2018 Clouds coming in from South as well as from the North, instruments idled ___end___ Mon Nov 12 23:47:55 GMT 2018 KCOR Start Synoptic Patrol Mon Nov 12 23:51:02 GMT 2018 KCOR End Patrol Mon Nov 12 23:54:44 GMT 2018 KCOR Start Synoptic Patrol Tue Nov 13 00:10:42 GMT 2018 KCOR End Patrol GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Tue Nov 13 00:08:25 GMT 2018 Clouds passing, instruments idled ___end___ Tue Nov 13 00:13:43 GMT 2018 KCOR Start Synoptic Patrol Tue Nov 13 00:16:37 GMT 2018 KCOR End Patrol Tue Nov 13 00:17:09 GMT 2018 KCOR Start Synoptic Patrol GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Tue Nov 13 00:12:39 GMT 2018 Sky has gotten bright but pushing through it. ___end___ ****EVENT COMMENT BY waters**** : Tue Nov 13 00:20:04 GMT 2018 Throughout the day, there seems to be something happening or changing between PA 50-60 and PA 220-230. ___end___ Tue Nov 13 00:51:30 GMT 2018 KCOR End Patrol GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Tue Nov 13 00:49:32 GMT 2018 Sky getting bright again. ___end___ Tue Nov 13 00:53:09 GMT 2018 KCOR Start Synoptic Patrol Tue Nov 13 01:05:55 GMT 2018 KCOR End Patrol Tue Nov 13 01:09:15 GMT 2018 KCOR Start Synoptic Patrol Tue Nov 13 01:11:23 GMT 2018 KCOR End Patrol GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Tue Nov 13 01:08:59 GMT 2018 Clouds passing, K-Cor idled. ___end___ GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Tue Nov 13 01:15:04 GMT 2018 Low clouds seem to be heading out way, closed the dome just in case. ___end___ GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY waters: Tue Nov 13 01:56:32 GMT 2018 Not too bad a day; aerosols were abundant in the afternoon and the last half hour to an hour, clouds came up but not bad. ___end___ ONSITE STAFF: waters
