EPDU-UP1 telnet port open by another process. And the epdu Up #1 & 2 LEDs on the MCU4 GUI were red. Shut down Kcor computer and power cycled the two epdus' then brought back up Kcor. KCor computer froze on start up, so we did a hard reboot of the computer.
