I took out the lens cover but the image quickly over saturated with obscure light. I increased the exposure time to 60ms to cut down on the stray light, but can see that the sky is loaded with aerosols, making any kind of viewing impossible. ___end___ GPS COMMENT by MLSO: Sat Aug 15 21:45:09 GMT 2020 Successfully logged in to system Good disk mount GPS software running Last 5 GPS data files are: /mnt/usb/dataoutiq_2020_223_2145.bin 2147483647 /mnt/usb/dataoutiq_2020_224_2145.bin 2147483647 /mnt/usb/dataoutiq_2020_225_2145.bin 2147483647 /mnt/usb/dataoutiq_2020_226_2145.bin 2147483647 /mnt/usb/dataoutiq_2020_227_2145.bin 2147483647 ___end___ GENERAL COMMENT BY mcotter: Sat Aug 15 21:50:45 GMT 2020 Thick clouds are covering the observatory; closed dome shutter doors and windows. ___end___ ****EVENT COMMENT BY mcotter**** : Sat Aug 15 22:54:27 GMT 2020 GONG display showing activity at the 2 o'clock position of the image with possible CME. ___end___ GENERAL COMMENT BY mcotter: Sun Aug 16 01:39:11 GMT 2020 No data taken today. ___end___ ONSITE STAFF: mcotter
