----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mauna Loa Solar Observatory Observer's Log ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fri Oct 9 16:52:34 GMT 2020 Year: 20 Doy: 283 Observer: mlso KCOR COMMENT BY mlso: Fri Oct 9 16:52:38 GMT 2020 New kcor camera lookup tables 20201009 were installed. These tables are nearly identical to the last set of tables but no the camera column shifts. This changed is based on the discovery yesterday that het 2 pixel column shift we saw in the L0 data was comming from the L0 file creation and now the way we read out and applied the lookup tables to the raw data while we were summing the images together. Making this switch should mean that we are now applying the Adc0 lookup tableto ADC0 and not ACD2. ___end___ WEATHER COMMENT: lisapg: Fri Oct 9 16:55:40 GMT 2020 Temp 40F with windspeed at about 3-8mph from the South. Sky looks clear. ___end___ **GENERAL PROBLEM COMMENT BY lisapg** : Fri Oct 9 17:01:01 GMT 2020 Was having trouble logging into our logger on the Shabar laptop this morning. Ben looked into it and the connection kept timing out. Ben has put in an assist ticket and we're hoping to get this resolved soon. Currently ssh on Kcor computer, old school. ___end___ GENERAL OBSERVATORY COMMENT BY lisapg: Fri Oct 9 17:03:11 GMT 2020 Spar camera was out of alignment this morning.
