SGS computer swap complete.

We still have some outstanding minor bugs in the software to address, but the system is operational.   In the short term everytime we start the SGS.exe we will need to go into the enginering tab to make sure the new "Invert RA Polarity" button is checked.   Right now the default for this button is to be off; and we will need to build a new executable to make it a default.  


While doing the swap; we ran into an inital problem where the amplifiers wouldn't turn on.  Initially I thought there was an issue with the SDP 20-24-100C since it had no output.  After swapping it out with a spare it was realized that the problem was related to power input into the SDP.    Futher digging shows, the code expexted to talk to the SSR that turns on and off the SDP over COM5; but windows assinged the SSR COM4.  Chaning the com pots around allows us to power up the amplifiers; and start guiding.
