I worked a little bit on th kcor focus code to give better results when we have high aerosols.  The new code will alllow for a copule itteration of the focus routine with meidan filtering of the camera sharpness at each focus position.  The default behavior so act identically to the old version.  

Changes were not tested on the sun, but using enginering data the algorthim gives resonable resuts.  Please email or call me if there are any issues with this code on the sun.
