PM Blew off Kcor O1

There is a were light signal in the data.  It kind of looks like the signal we see when an optic is part way in the beam.  

Full inspection found nothing obviously wrong other then a couple dust particles on the O1.  Not sure why the dust casued the pattern we were seeing but blowing off the O1 seems to have done the trick.

Cases GPS looks like it had its date reset to December 2000 ~5 days ago.   Because of this all the data we took over that period has the wrong timestamps.
