Focus routine run; nicely shaped parabola obtained. Kcor running. Checked Polarizer in beam and image checked out good: Mid, Dark, Bright, Mid. Beautiful clear day! Should get some good data!

Kcor ran until approximately 11:00am HST. 

We began the installation on the Ucomp instrument. We were able to successfully mount point source microscope and project and image off of Ucomp 01. The base plate has been temporarily mounted and a preliminary alignment was completed using the point source microscope.  Tomorrow we will swap out the hold down bolts and washers with bigger hardware to get the required alignment baseplate tip/tilt range.

Alignment showed the O1 was titled too past the alignment range of the baseplate.  So initial move of the o1 was made to bring it into alignment.  We were able to tweak it to about 1/2 the desired range and will return to the problem tomorrow with a differnt  set of tools.  


Spar has been roughly rebalnaced so we should be able to get kcor data first thin thing in the morning.  At the end of the alignment procedure (end of the week)  we will go through a more robust balance procedure and check SGS PID values.
