I have paused the Ucomp instrument using the "CLOUDS" button to be on the safe side, but am unsure whether it is necessary to do so if the image does not show signs of overexposure at this time. I will need to get clarification on this matter. ___end___ WEATHER COMMENT: mcotter: Sat Sep 11 17:49:53 GMT 2021 High altitude Cirrus clouds are now scattered across the viewing area and it looks like it may stay this way for a while more. They typically appear to stay in the + or - 5 increments area (roughly). What throws me off sometimes is that when the numbers change from one update to the next the numbers may vary widely (+ - 10 increments or more) and that by the time I have looked at the numbers presented, updated the spar offset position, and then look back at the numbers presented again, there is sometimes a large disparity. I will need to develop an averaging method while keeping watch on the suggested offset values, then actually inputting a change to the spar offsets. ___end___ Sat Sep 11 19:22:19 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook 530_Pol_Calibrate.ckb line 0 Sat Sep 11 19:27:01 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook 637_Pol_Calibrate.ckb line 0 Sat Sep 11 19:31:22 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook 656_Pol_Calibrate.ckb line 0 Sat Sep 11 19:35:42 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook 691_Pol_Calibrate.ckb line 0 Sat Sep 11 19:40:02 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook 706_Pol_Calibrate.ckb line 0 Sat Sep 11 19:44:22 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook 789_Pol_Calibrate.ckb line 0 Sat Sep 11 19:48:42 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook 1074_Pol_Calibrate.ckb line 0 Sat Sep 11 19:53:14 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook 1079_Pol_Calibrate.ckb line 0 Sat Sep 11 19:57:33 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook 1083_Pol_Calibrate.ckb line 0 Sat Sep 11 20:01:52 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook sumtest-1074.ckb line 0 Sat Sep 11 20:07:40 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook waves_1074_1hour.ckb line 0 Sat Sep 11 20:13:43 GMT 2021 KCOR Start Calibration script: c:\kcor\mlso-calibration22deg-20171025.ini Sat Sep 11 20:16:39 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook waves_1074_1hour.ckb line 14 Sat Sep 11 20:28:56 GMT 2021 KCOR End Calibration Script Sat Sep 11 21:14:31 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook dark_200_200_1sums_80ms.ckb line 0 Sat Sep 11 21:19:36 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook all_coronal_7_flats.ckb line 0 Sat Sep 11 21:22:11 GMT 2021 Running UCOMP Cookbook all_coronal_7_flats.ckb line 4 Sat Sep 11 21:22:12 GMT 2021 UCoMP Paused for clouds WEATHER COMMENT: mcotter: Sat Sep 11 21:28:38 GMT 2021 Unfortunately Orthographic clouds moved into the observatory area from the northwest, with additional Altocumulus clouds forming over the summit of Mauna Loa as well.
