UCoMP spent the last 1.5hours waiting on the diffuser to move in.

Rebooting ucomp and unplugging the power/data lines into the o1/diffuser mdrive control rack seem to do the trick.  We probably need to change the software to better handle issues like this.  But I am currently not sure what the best fix would be.
