And now to programmaticly calculate how far the occulter is misaligned in mm for a given amount of detected occulter spill. Algorithm still needs a bit more work, some of the trouble might be the high levels of aerosols seen when working with some of these tests. The manual center occulter VI now has a couple more widgets to describe how bad the mis-alignment is.
