ucomp realtime software and testing.

UCoMP2 Comptuer is online.
-Had to update the labview licenses, due to the new comptuer 
-verified the ILX feed back to labview
-verified diffuser feedback and control
-verified o1 feedback and control
-verified cover feedback and control
-verified basic camera connection. Currently camera0 is deteced as 10009 and camera1 is detected as 10006.   This is backwards.  We will need to swap cables at the comptuer.
Wrong config: RCAM to the left (south) TCAM to the right (north).

EPC on site for about 2 hours today.  Limited work to build out the conduit to the panels, but heavy rain pervented signficant progress.
