Checking the code and the files on array7 revealed that it hadn't been updating the folders there. When I finally checked tank, I found all the current files and todays' NRGFs. I changed our update-data code to point to tank instead of array7 and that fixed our problem. Working a solution to allow capturing Kcor camera temperatures while capturing L0 data. This looks possible, but we struggling to reliability open the cameralink serial connection. About 50% something goes wrong opening the port; leading to the temp calls to return 0's instead of the actual temps. More engineering is needed to figure out how to address this.
