Check the kcor shutter this morning, the images looked properly dark.  But then this afternoon around zenith (might be relevant) the darks looked to have structures which would change if the lens cover was moved in or out.   Visual inspection of the dark shutter showed the leaves to be closed with not obvious pin hole or other issue, but light was quite clearly getting though it.
