More testing of the Kcor shutter.  

Nothing conclusive; cabling seems to be in good shape and wired correctly.  Other than unexpected voltages on the shutter coils when the shutter is closed everything seems correct.  The UCoMP D880C driver board shows the same voltages so this must be the "correct" value but it is confusing.

Both Kcor and UCoMP were restored to their nominal configurations after testing.
